Playdate :)

So I have this new friend, Kendall George, his new name is PLAYDATE!! Honestly one of the coolest people I know! The greatest thing about Kendall is that is as strange as me!
Here are some awesome things about my playdate:
1. He just got back from his mission!
2. He lives very close to me back home TOO so he can never get rid of me!
3. He does not like when people touch him
4. Girls have cooties
5. He does not like chocolate ice cream
6. Not a big fan of cake
7. He has an awesome car, her name is Shyra
8. Does not like dill pickle sunflower seeds (not many people do)
9. He is a ginge!
10. One of the funniest, most awesome people I know!!!!!

Birthday TIME!!!!!!!

Happy Birthday to me!!!! It was my 19th birthday on the 13th of June, and it was one of the best I have had! My friends were so great to me, they made the sadness of being away from home go away very quick! Cait, Kim, and Marki took me to Gator Jacks for lunch which was amazing! Then Cait made me my favorite cupcakes, red velvet, while Kim got me one from COCO Bean. Then Tanner surprised me by taking me to Custard where a bunch of our friends were and we had a little celebration there! Hallie also got me flowers which was so nice of her :) For FHE we had a fiesta where I got to party with virgin jello shots and margaritas! It was such a blast and ended with a very fun dinner to Red Robin with Adam! I had such a blast, it was a great birthday week starting with the Tim McGraw concert with my family the weekend before then ending with all of my friends! I also got an awesome phone call from my brothers and sister who had a dinner just to tell me happy birthday, they were in Arizona! It was awesome :) Thank you everyone for such a great day!

Summer Time

So it has been way too long since I have posted because there is so much that has been happening this semester. I am so glad I stayed up in Rexburg because it has been such a blessing in my life! I have met the best people and made great friends!


This is a picture of my amazing roommates and I one Sunday before church. Each one is unique in their own way but somehow we make living together very fun! I am so blessed with the support system they give me and I will be very sad when I leave!


This is Sammy, me, Katie, and Camie one night after a dance with our Horkleys. That is a place we always get drinks and this night was great because we just drove around and talked. These girls mean a lot to me and I do not know where I would be without them.


This is Katie and I before we went to a dance in the Civil Defense caves. It was a neon theme, hence our crazy colors! Note to self: do not wear favorite shoes, jeans, and shirt to a dance where there is A LOT of mud and glow stick juice everywhere! They will get ruined! The dance was a lot of fun though because I went with my close group of friends and it was drama free and a lot of fun! Rexburg can be fun if you make it!!!


This is Marlee, Marki, Hallie, and I on our way to a cowboy and idian bonfire! WE decided to make our costumes! It was a lot of fun, there was a DJ and a lot of dancing. Just another fun event we enjoyed in good ole Rexburg!


This is my best friend up here, Camie Hubert. She is a great girl from Texas who has the sweetest heart. We are inseparable and have our best memories with each other!I cannot wait for our next semesters together because we are going to have so much fun! Without Camie school would really suck at times!

Rexburg has been doing great things for me because I have changed my mind set about everything! I am so glad I have great friends and the gospel in my life up here!

Spring Break!!!

So I made the decision to stay at school for Spring semester, but I did get to go home for Spring Break and I loved it. It was so nice spending time with my family and my close friends, I missed them so much, which made coming back to school too hard!

Going home was so much fun, but also made me realized how blessed I am to go to the school I do and be around the great people that I am! I hope this new Spring Semester is a lot of fun!

Color Madness!!

So this past weekend Kenz, Shelby, Stanton, Jaren, and I went down to Provo for the Festival of Colors, or the Holi festival. I had such a fun time but it just made coming back to Rexburg that much harder! I cannot wait to be out of here for 10 days and go home for a little while.

Fun Times in Idaho!

So here are some pictures from this semester, and there will be more to come because I finally found out how to upload pictures on this thing!


So this was not taken this semester but this is the BEAUTIFUL temple that I am so privileged to have only 5 minutes from! My friend Mckenzie and I had the opportunity to go this past week and it was the best thing! I love the temple and cannot wait to continue to go!



So yes I am a freshman in college but I sure love JB! Me krista and kenz through him a birthday party and made him cake! The cake was delicious and we had a lot of fun!



This is what happens when we fit 7 people in a 5 person car! The life of college students because we are all broke and do not have cars! Sure makes car rides fun though!

These are my two favorites and I at the falls in Idaho falls with the temple behind us! We went to Idaho Falls today and decided to do some site seeing. It is so gorgeous here and I cannot wait til spring to see all this covered in green with sunshine!

I am so grateful to have the opportunity to be up here at BYU Idaho and I sure hope the good times continue throughout the semesters!
